Ben,

My experience is similar to Pilar's in that I've had to produce the entire schedules, along with any changes made to it since the time period requested. I've never had to testify in court, but am anxious to experience that one day.

Thanks.
Earl

Subject: Producing Retention Schedule In Court

Hello,

For producing retention schedules in court: has anyone produced only
the portions of their schedule that pertains to only that particular
case, thereby, producing only a portion of the schedule? Have you made
revisions to the schedule before producing (not talking about retention
periods)? Is there any guidance on this subject? Thanks.
