I would recommend leaving Burbank by car and take PCH all the way up the coast if you have the additional time, then just valet your car at the hotel.  To answer the specific question I would fly into SFO.

Subject: Best Airport for 2010 ARMA Conference?



Just curious - for folks familiar with traveling in and out of the San Francisco
Bay Area, which airport do you recommend flying into for the ARMA
conference - San Francisco or Oakland?  The prices for the ground/rail
transportation to the conference hotel seem vary so that wasn't much of a
clue (some are cheaper from SFO and others are cheaper from OAK).
