Hello all,

I guess this is newbie week.  I have just been given the responsibility of maintaining the records tracking process for my company.  In case it matters, one thing I'll be doing is maintaining the retrieval/transfer of records to Iron Mountain.  This would include items such as accounting records and pertinent data from contracts with other companies. I've been given a workflow diagram with a tiny narrative and that's about it.   I see many available publications but am not sure how to discriminate the good from the mediocre.  Any suggestions for favorite books or other sources of information?
