Good Morning,

Among other duties, I am the Records Manager at the City of North Las Vegas.  Unfortunately due to a large budget deficit our City is exploring outsourcing our records operations including imaging and storage.  We currently outsource our records storage and have outsourced some imaging projects in the past, but never the entire operation.  Has anyone experienced this and if so what are some pros and cons or issues I should be aware of?  I am aware of the general answers, I am more seeking advice and opinions.
