Another way to put it is, ease of use is a critical byproduct of any implementation. As far as using the system, once that kind of money has been invested you will probably use it whether you like it or not. The question becomes how long do you stay with the solution. I have always maintained that the only way to pay for these types of solutions is to re-engineer your process reducing the amount of time it takes to perform the tasks and improve functionality across the board.
