Good morning list.

My name is Richard Hoshal, CRM.  I have been a list member for several years and have mostly been a list follower.  Recently, I accepted the Director, Records Management & Compliance position with
Carnival Corporation in Miami, FL.

I have been asked to research a specific position for Carnival.  We are implementing the Autonomy iManage Solution at Carnival to manage our electronic records corporate wide.  This is going to be a major implementation for us.

Has anyone gone through a project this large and what feedback can you give?  Specifically, we are interested in knowing what impact the implementation had on your IT Help Desk resources.  Did you hire or would you recommend we hire an individual specifically as an Electronic Records Specialist to be the go to person or expert to assist users with questions?  Of course this would be based on impact the implementation had on IT resources specifically the Help Desk.

I would appreciate any feedback.  You can respond to the list or specifically to [log in to unmask] .

Thank you.

Richard Hoshal, CRM

Director, Records Management & Compliance

Carnival Corporation
