I'm not generally in the business of defending any commercial records center, but I'm also not a fan of unsubstantiated, unsigned commentary about any vendor, company, or person. I have been known to be critical of the commercial records center industry from time to time, but I have always included a factual basis for my criticisms. It is unfair for anyone to make this sort of statement without establishing your credibility and rationale.
