In a municipal government environment, while managing corporate records,
what legislations are required by us as Records Management persons to abide
by, I guess
· MFIPPA
· *Archives and Records Keeping Act, 2006*
· *Canada Evidence Act (R.S. 1985, c-5)* (March 2008).
· Income Tax Act.
Do you think of any other legislations as well?

*If we are talking about imaging standards, so *
· Canadian General Standards Board. *Electronic Records as
Documentary Evidence*

· Canadian General Standards Board. *Microfilm and Electronic Images
as Documentary Evidence* (CAN/CGSB-72.11-1993).
*Can some one suggest a few more legislations for managing corporate
records, in a municipal environment in Ontario, Canada?*
