Hello - 

I have been reading the list for awhile and learning a great deal from
the wealth of experience here. I am fairly new to the RIM field - after
many years as a librarian the challenges of information management
caught my interest. 

With RIM month coming up, our plan is to launch an information program
that will provide information and training to users. I am interested in
hearing what others call their program. I know there was a few emails a
while back on implementation plans and those were very helpful. But what
I am really interested in finding out is what the programs are called.
