Larry answered "this is the second time they've been bit by the decision. First time was when they got dinged for not filing 3 yrs worth of State and Federal annual reports ..."

Judging by the visibility of this incident (the gas pipeline that blew up), this affair could be rated "Ding Plus" or even "Ding Dong".

Might even be enough motivation for the company to start up a records management program...
