This position is responsible for the day to day operation of the enterprise-wide records management systems and each phase of the imaging production process.  Duties include physical records management and disposal, small project management, document preparation, internal scanning and quality control, end user training for record management systems and processes.  Act as the IT/Records department liaison and other applicable records functions.

The incumbent in this position is expected to demonstrate alignment with the company's Vision, Mission and core business Values, collaborate with key internal/external resources, and to practice on-going self-development initiatives.


B)      KRA's (Key Responsibility Areas):

1)      Assist the Records Retention Manager in the development of the RIM program. Communicate and educate users in the establishment of the RIM philosophy and program.

2)      Process and perform all internal scanning conversions utilizing specialized equipment from the first phase through the last phase to include sorting, document preparation, indexing, data entry, quality control functions, tracking and reporting, and final output of hardcopy files to electronic images.

3)      Analyze and process the life cycles of physical and electronic records to include storage, retention, disposition, and destruction.

4)      Collaborate with IT department to maintain and enhance technology solutions needed to effectively meet the enterprise's records needs.

5)      Design, evaluate, review, recommend, create, implement, update, and maintain records management related systems.

6)      Assess information flow analysis and planning for operational areas regarding new and existing records for electronic conversion.

7)      Collaborate with IT department to understand their strategy of the applications in conjunction with records management.  Ensure that records management and IT processes are complimentary in achieving common goals.

8)      Train users on active records systems and processes.
