Hi Becky,

I'll take you up on your offer of a copy of that checklist :). I'm
starting from scratch, so I'll take any help I can get! BTW...I spent
7 months in Fargo (July 2008 to late March 2009). Nice people but it
gets waaaay too cold there for me. I hope the Spring rains haven't
been as bad this year as in years past.
