Lori, ARMA recently published a compensation and salary report for the RIM

It will give you information sliced in different ways including geography.
All of that said, whatever you see in the survey should be taken with at
least a small grain of salt. Titles v. responsibilities are hard to discern
and vary SIGNIFICANTLY. To me, when setting salaries, I generally consider
the following (at a minimum):
1) Value of the role to the organization
2) Existing salary & comp structures in the organization
3) Depth of KSAs preferred
4) Actual KSAs of the individual chosen to fill the role
