Good Morning All,

Happy royal wedding day!

I wanted to poll the listserv, particularly those in legal records, as to
what the general consensus is on how many drafts and duplicates should be
kept as records? As a follow on, is there a protocol for the number of stock
prospectuses and/or registration statements that should be kept?

I thank everyone in advance for their suggestions.
