Senior Records Manager jobs - Dice.com
This position will be in the Information Governance division within Southern
California Edison's (SCE) Ethics and Compliance organization. The successful
candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation
of the enterprise-wide Records Management component of SCE's Information and
Records Management Program.

Typical responsibilities will include: developing Records Management
policies, procedures, and standards; leading cross-functional teams of both
business and technical stakeholders to identify needs and develop strategies
and techniques around implementation; providing consulting support to
various business areas regarding the implementation, monitoring, and
maintenance of the Records Management Program within their organizations;
analyzing and evaluating current records management practices throughout the
company; developing effective improvement strategies and promoting and
fostering systematic and efficient records management initiatives;
interfacing with SCE's Information Technology and Legal organizations to
drive the management of electronic records and e-mail archive strategies
(e.g., developing innovative tools and techniques for increasing records
management compliance, reducing redundancies, reducing process costs, and
increasing accuracy of monitoring); collaborating with senior management and
exec utives to provide critical feedback and periodic reporting status of
records management compliance; and performing other responsibilities and
duties as assigned.
