you are right and many of us could add more:
 
Private records centre shares the wall with giant food storage,
another one faces business involved in distribution of chemicals,
somebody shares yard with shoes and dress centre.
 
Personally, I enjoyed come to help to my previous boss in his new facility that has main railways at the back. The building was located on the farm land and I could eat the fruits that were not selected for the export - such size I did not see in the stores, and for me the time when I went to help him was as short weekend :-)
 
Anyway, businesses also have limitations fro Zoning point of view and who knows who will be your next neighbour during your contract.
 
Also, sometimes we take the "best" from the worth.
