Hello all,
Quick question for the list; I am looking to see if there is a more accurate description of "Central Files.” In our case, central files is the location where we keep physical records and non records relating to our business. These records are sent either as part of daily processes or during departmental clean-ups, etc.
For example, giving a set of documents/records that are part of a doc.prod. an official sounding description. we are thinking “ ABCD Co. - Central Files Records - NY”. Any suggestions/comments are very much appreciated.
