Under general direction, manages, supervises, implements, and coordinates an
agency-wide records management program; develops processes and procedures,
filing schema, training materials, compliance tracking tools and technology
configuration; in conjunction with the executive sponsor and steering
committee, ensures that project implementation activities are aligned with
Agency policies and priorities; oversees the records management program
implementing retention and disposal schedules; provides guidance to the
records team and Agency staff on storing, arranging, indexing and
classifying records; and stays abreast of relevant Washington State and
federal records management legislation and regulations incorporating changes
into the Agency program as needed.
