Location(s): Boise

The position is located at Headquarters in Boise for Business and Support 
Management.

Responsibilities:

Independently perform complex work to develop program plans and materials 
for a records management application (RMA) 
Develop procedures, models, and operational processes for managing 
information in the RMA and related enterprise systems 
Develop and implement system content and retention standards 
Monitor compliance with security, discovery, and retention requirements 
Work with technical and non-technical staff, department personnel, vendors, 
and a variety of external agencies 
Serve as the RMA system administrator and guide the implementation and 
maintenance of new applications 
Identify funding sources, develop and monitor program budgets and 
expenditures 
Provide training and orientation for department staff in the use of the RMA and 
document program requirements 
Minimum Qualifications: 

Extensive knowledge and experience of laws and rules of procedure related to 
records management, inventory and retention technology 
Experience in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining a centralized 
records management program and related systems 
Conducting needs assessment and developing policies and procedures for 
record access, archival and retention 
Planning, developing and presenting training programs for records management 
processes and procedures 
Desirable Qualifications: 

A certification in Records Management or possess the necessary combination 
of experience and education (as required by the Institute of Certified Records 
Managers (ICRM) to sit for the ICRM exams) 
Strong knowledge of business process improvement techniques, mapping tools, 
and automated workflow technology 
Ability to research and analyze complex information and prepare clear verbal 
and written reports 
Ability to establish effective working relationships 
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
