I've been a List reader and occasional contributor for many years, and only ask questions when I have a real need.  Have met several of you List folks at the ARMA Conference List parties, and I salute the List for providing a valuable resource for RIM folks.  Here goes:  We are implementing SharePoint 2010 and are wondering if anyone would be willing to share a web demo or communicate via phone on how your organization uses the Records Center or Document Sets.  We've read articles in the List archives and searched the web, but there's nothing like getting someone's personal experience to clarify some points.
