okay so I said I wouldn't be posting much this month, but a fellow member of
the ARMA Richmond (VA) chapter sent me the following piece. I definitely
think this is something all should be aware of. The items are being
auctioned under the warehouseman lien which allows the "warehouse" to
auction off items in storage for which the rent hasn't been paid. Imagine
this showing up on Storage Wars http://www.aetv.com/storage-wars/

If anyone has ever wondered what happens to records in storage at a
commercial site when the storage cost goes unpaid, here is an example of
what could and may happen.  Since this is for a title company, who knows
what type of personal information will be available to the highest bidder.**
