I introduced myself when I first started following the list many years ago, but 
let me do it again since it's been so long. My name is Aaron Bryant and 
currently I am the Records Administrator for Whole Foods Market.

To ensure that we keep track of and document what records we have 
disposed of, we want to create a workflow that will document the records 
that are about to be destroyed and gather the appropriate signatures from 
the legal and tax team for the process to begin.

I am asking for assistance from anyone that uses a form or letter in that
