You might be assuming any old experience documentation will do for length of
position tenure.  I don't believe this will be the case.  I believe the
experience documentation will be read and properly evaluated and
qualification won't be granted without appropriate experience which assures
those with the opportunity to take the exams have had sufficient experience.
There may be some surprised applicants if they believe any experiences will
do.

I believe the board was aware of a broader range of considerations than have
been discussed or considered here in the Listserv reaction e-mails and made
a careful and value-add decision for the credential.  I will be surprised if
I were to wake up in five or ten years with a credential which can be shown
to have been diluted in any way.    

I really am glad there is so much passion on this topic regardless of the
direction of the opinion.  I think it's a healthy discussion among CRM's,
candidates, applicants and potential applicants.

To those that have disagreed and believe that taking and passing the test
makes you "qualified" and therefore the significant lowering of the
professional experience requirements represents no problem, I put this
forth.
