Records Management Specialist
Northern VA Company seeks a recent college graduate in economics, business or finance, or appropriate technical field, or person with comparable work experience, to organize, plan, and control hard copy documentation. This documentation represents, identifies and controls financial, technical, environmental, and operational risk in the energy industry. Successful candidate will have strong writing skills, focus on details, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are required to interface with decision makers. Applicants must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, EXCEL, in addition to being able to use other off-the-shelf and proprietary document management software applications. Prior to employment, applicants will be tested for illegal drugs, and a background investigation by the Federal Government will be conducted. Subsequent reinvestigations may be required. This is a 40-hour per week position, Monday-Friday. Location is in Washington, D.C.
