Hugh,
Thank you for those great ounces of prevention. However, Munters is no longer in the disaster recovery business. On October 1st, 2010, Munters spun off their property damage restoration and temperature humidity control businesses into Polygon Group.
Does anyone have document restoration experts to recommend? I have only heard of Polygon, Rapid Refile and Pittsburgh Cold Storage.

> If you have any concerns you should call in an expert (Munters, ServePro, etc.) to dry out the area. I can't tell you how important it is to act quickly. This is where the requirements about Spoliation lend some credibility to your desire to remediate the records.
