Colleagues - Hi.
I am teaching a records management course at the School of
Information, University of Michigan. As part of this course we are doing a
hands on series of assignments in SharePoint 2010 (last year we used SP
2007). This assignment is associated with a grant from the National
Endowment for the Humanities (see grant website @
http://www.virtualarchiveslab.org/)
To enrich this assignment I am looking for a corpus of heterogeneous
documents that student can use as source materials for their SP instances.
In the past we used the Enron and Elena Kagan emails available on the web.
These were useful but limited. I am really interested in locating a mix of
formats and documentary geners from a real work environment. I am thinking
there may be something available emanating from a lawsuit (as part of
discovery) or some other source I am unaware of. I would greatly appreciate
to learn about other data sets / documentary corpuses that might work here.
Please reply off list to me directly if you know of or are aware of an
*available* corpus - thanks in advance -
