As Records Managers, we are often exposed to breathless articles about
technology that "changes everything". I'm old enough to remember when the AB
Dick Updatable Microfiche System "changed everything"! This article, also
from the Atlantic, describes how one author tried to develop a book on the
concept that "Wikipedia changes everything". Its kind of funny, and puts
