If you do not currently receive that in an email, ask if the fee can be
waived if it is emailed. Or, ask if they have a customer statement link on
their website you can go to and get your statement.

Many types of companies are switching to these methods to avoid the cost of
preparing, and mailing a paper statement.

Hello,

This might have been addressed, but I've just received a new price
schedule from our offsite storage provider, and realized that they are going to
charge us a rather large sum ($30) for Summary invoicing. We decided a few
years ago that the detailed billing charge was too much ($75) and we would
move to the summary billing.

Is this becoming standard practice? In my mind, if they want us to pay
them, they shouldn't charge me to tell me what I owe them. Has anyone had
any success in negotiating these away?

I've already looked at my online options, and they only provide an Excel
report of the invoice.

Any ideas or sympathy is appreciated.

Thanks,
Cristina
