I have posted a similar position before, however the company was not ready to move on it, they are now ready.  A couple of pre-requisites.
1-must be located in Houston area
2-must have training experience (training several people at a time) as well as one on one
3-must have background in records/data management in the oil and gas space.
4-must have experience with document management systems, GIS would be a plus.
