I am trying to locate specific citations for the retention of records
related to contest or sweepstakes that a company may conduct for
marketing and advertising purposes.  I found one for California that
requires a 2 year retention, and a discussion that says New York
requires 4 years, but no citation.  I've also seen a company requirement
for 6 years.  Does anyone have a cite to a state with the longest time
period?
