Lois,

I would start with finding out if the Records Center is a PRISM Intl. 
member. 

Here is a checklist available free to qualify your candidate company.

A high quality Records Center will also fingerprint and drug screen all 
potential new employees and all employees at least annually. Bonding is 
okay but anyone can buy a bond.

Zip ties on your boxes should be unnecessary if you select a company with 
the checklist.
