Well, i've given up trying to teach people how to decide if a document is a
record. Now I just say "If you need it to do your job, its a record. The
only question is, how long do we keep it?"

And the answer of course varies from a few milliseconds up to 99 years and
then review to see if it goes around for another 99.

projects are a wee bit time-demanding)
