RE: Managing physical records with OpenText

It depends on what OpenText software you're talking about as they own a few. We currently use e-DOCS which was purchased by OT from Hummingbird so it wasn't their original product. It has a physical records component to it but it is my understanding that component (as well as the RM side) hasn't kept pace with upgrades to the rest of the software because few customers were using it. This however, doesn't reflect on any other software they have that may work perfectly well.
