Records Manager - Boston, MA
Our client, a Downtown Boston law firm, is currently looking to hire a Records Management Manager to join their team! This position is all encompassing and you need to be a strategic thinker. This position is responsible for overseeing company records management programs and ideally becoming a knowledgeable and expert resource for all employees, nationwide. Specific duties will include managing electronic records management system, personnel and operations for local and global teams, maintaining defined service and agreements, coordinating cross-functional teams to determine associated project priorities; ensuring that projects and records management programs are user-friendly and facilitating technology implementation as needed. The qualified Records Management Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, superior customer service, organizational, multitasking and communication skills; will demonstrate a great attention to detail coupled with a proactive and diligent work ethic; and ideal candidates possess the ability to collaborate with a team as well as work with a great deal of autonomy.
