About Pat: Pat is a co-author of “Paper Trails: the Dirt Roads Crossing the 
Information Highway, the Business Case for Electronic Records” and Vice 
President of TRAC Records. Pat has over 20 years in the electronic records 
field.  Prior to that, she had a career in public management which included 
municipal and provincial government senior management positions.

Pat has a Masters degree from the Faculty of Business, University of Alberta, is 
a Certified Document Imaging Architect™ (CDIA) and a Certified Records 
Manager (CRM).
