Marvin the keeper of the airport plans and the janitor. " Is it filed under P for pilots or C for Conference"(I need to really watch that again to make sure I am correct). Point being is he found it within 2 seconds. So what does this have to do with record management? It was a people dependent system, if Marvin was not there Bruce would have never found the map in the 2 hour movie. So lesson learned, have good indexing that anyone(even a Hollywood actor) can understand.
