Workers at the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis dumped veterans documents instead of filing them.  A fear of all Records Managers, and rooted in all sorts of issues in our profession...from hiring methods, entry-level salaries, demands to do more with less, the general lack of understanding the importance of RIM, to the personal ethics of each employee.  Sad.
