Michael , I know that I have two sessions according to the agenda. I am
prepared to speak on several topics such as:

   - Digital Dusting: Spring Cleaning for Shared Drives
   - Putting Policy into Practice: How to develop and implement an
   effective RIM policy
   - Software evaluation (ECM/RIM/Document Management)
   - Document Imaging
   - Training the Troops: Best practices for RIM training

Is there particular topics that the Board would like me to discuss?

Thanks
Blake
