If you're talking about records that track people moving into secured areas
by swiping a badge or keying in an entry code (we refer to those as
"Passage Report Records"), the retention period we apply to those is
"Current year, plus 5 years.

The only difference is any records related to Classified Areas, which I'm
not prepared to discuss in an open forum =)
