Hello All,

I'm hoping you guys can help me with something.

In the next few months, I'll be working with various departments to get at least part of our electronic records under control.  We use Jenzabar for a lot of things, most of which will be part of our effort to expand the RM programme.

Has anybody tried to bring Jenzabar under RM control?  I don't know much about the program itself, or what else needs to be done in order to make it work with the program that we already have in place.  This will be my first foray into ERM and I'm not even sure where to start.

I'm interested mainly in what has gone right, what has gone wrong, and what to expect as I move into dealing with this.
