Now that all the retiree's digital data have been turned into
paperwork, these workers turn that paperwork into digital data again.
They type all the pertinent information into a computer, by hand.

Those two sentences above say all I need to hear.    Federal
government..., bureaucracy...; model of inefficiency.   Tax dollars
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

By the way, I was at that facility in PA a few months ago.
