Some things make come-backs. Manual typewriters, vinyl records/turntables, pure gas (no ethanol), diesel cars, home canning, etc. I suspect cursive writing will make the list.
So I wonder...is it needed? My own handwriting is strange. I was born left-handed and converted to join the right-handed world. My left oriented-to-right conversion served me well. I was a switch-hitter in softball. Guitar was not so hard to get used. Same with piano. Cursive writing...argh! They wanted me to slant right. I thought left. It ends up I write straight. It's a weird hybrid cursive-printing. Actually looks cool. My mom hates it so it must be nice lol
Personally I find I retain better it I write my own notes. I am taking a music theory class this quarter. Although I have my iPad, my note taking is in a spiral college ruled notebook.
Rock on!
