I have to say this... I've been biting my tongue about it, but....

It never ceases to amaze me how many times when position offers are posted
here, List members read them, see they're posted by an individual or an
organization, and then they respond DIRECTLY TO THE LIST.

There are many cases where these respondent are asking questions and in
many cases, bearing their souls and stating their qualifications, etc.

PLEASE, PEOPLE, if you want to be taken seriously as professionals... READ
THE POSTS and RESPOND DIRECTLY TO the individual who posted the offer !!!
If I were offering the jobs, the LAST people I'd consider would be ones
that can't read emails and follow instructions.

rant over... It likely won't fix anything, but *I SURE FEEL BETTER* for
saying it...
