A temporary Records Coordinator job in San Jose, CA is currently available courtesy of TRAK Records and Library. To be considered for this role, you must have recent experience in records management and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a great opportunity to work on an information governance initiative that can be leveraged into highly regulated industry projects. Duties will include but are not limited to purging shared files, file organizing, and assist with departmental needs.
Records Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement filing system
* Organize hardcopy documents
* Review and revise document compliance
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* File management experience
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
