Good Morning,
Houston Record Center received the following archive https://arc.ey.net/Archive/1170775. However, folder #4 "Perm Binder 2 - Lease, Contracts" is clearly a Perm Record and archived as a "Working Paper".
I realize that there are some limitations in relation to perm records. Please let me know how to proceed in documenting this correction accurately.
