You're correct, NYC is the "Center of America" and that means a lot...Never knew they had it there in 1985, but I can't believe it's pricier than DC or Chicago. There are cheap eats, transportation, and lodging that can be found.

As a native New Yorker I support you 100%. NYC tends to be a bit pricier than D.C. or Chicago but at the end of the day you are in the CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE.
