Hello Everyone, 
My name is Aleris Charleman.  I apologize for the late introduction. I joined the Listserv but somehow missed the Introduction part of the assignment. Anyway, better late than never as they say.   I am originally from the east coast and moved to Wichita, Kansas 8 years ago. I received a BA in Political Science and History and subsequently attended law school. I practiced law for about 10 years and took time off from my career to bring up my two children, who are now teenagers one of whom is a college freshman. This is my last semester and I will be graduating in the spring with my MLS and ASC!!! Yeah!!! I am interested in working in an academic library and /or archives.
