Hello,
I am interested in hearing how others retain canceled checks in this digital age. In some instances, our canceled checks need to be maintained 30+ years, and our bank has some interesting ways of delivering the checks to us that either require maintenance of their proprietary software or building an in-house search engine. Both seem relatively complicated in the long term. How have others dealt with this?
Many thanks in advance,
Jessica Fairchild
