Interesting. I've not experienced anyone calling me a glorified librarian. I partner with our librarians and our archivist. We all have different slices of the pie, yet we support each other. I'm in legal (used to be IT) and they're all in personal services as their primary support is owner-faced. I am the business support.
Maybe I'm missing something...?
