The correct name of the software referenced earlier is Fontis, and, as it's now owned by Iron Mountain, the current name of the product offering is Iron Mountain Policy Center:  http://www.ironmountain.com/Services/Records-Management-And-Storage/Global-Research-and-Policy-Center.aspx

There is another one recently purchased by Iron Mountain called Fortis.  Both Virgo and Fortis  are geared for large international organizations but have a domestic element.  Priced very differently. Fortis has been around a few years, Virgo is more recent.
